Declaration Agent

To ensure that returns are submitted correctly and that the tax account is properly managed, Voitto requires you to add employees to us as declaration agents.

Declaration Representatives

The individuals who act as declaration representatives for your company are full-time employees of Voitto. They are subject to conditions of confidentiality and data protection that are established in the accounting industry.

Adding Declaration Agents

You can easily add declaration agents via BankID through a task that you receive in your to-do list. The process involves:

1. Receiving a task in your to-do list to add a declaration agent.
2. Completing the task easily with a new BankID signature.

Changing Declaration Agents

When changing agents, you will receive a new task in your to-do list. You can solve this task just as easily with a new BankID signature to update the declaration agent.

Removing Declaration Agents

If you need to remove an agent, you can do this via the Swedish Tax Agency’s e-service. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Swedish Tax Agency’s e-service for declaration agents.
2. Log in and click on the gray-marked list “Myself or company signatory - see, add or change representative, and approve.”
3. Then select the company for which you wish to appoint or remove a representative, and click next.
4. Easily remove the people who will no longer act as representatives.
