Grow support

Växa support means that one-person companies can receive a temporary reduction in employer contributions when they hire their first employee. In cases where the owner took out a salary, the grow support applies to the first employee in addition to the owner.

This is required for the employment to entail the right to grow support:

  • The employment lasts for at least three months
  • The employment is for at least 20 hours/week

Companies with grow support only pay the old-age pension fee of 10.21%. Normally, the employer’s contribution is 31.42%.

The maximum time period that a company can receive growth support is 24 months and the maximum compensation amount is SEK 25,000 per month.
