Requirements for being able to order financial statements

In order to be able to complete a financial statement and prepare an annual report, it is necessary that the entire year’s accounting is complete and in order. There should be no missing material or other problems.

If it only concerns something small that is missing, there are usually no problems, we have a discussion and find a solution. In general, however, we cannot undertake to produce an annual report where there is a lack of material or there are problems that have not been dealt with during the year. Then you first have to fix the problems, which we then perform as a separate service.

In our work, we are completely dependent on your help to get material in and get answers to questions. Therefore, remember to take care of things as soon as possible, the longer you wait, the bigger the problem usually becomes and thus more costly to sort out.

The fiscal year must have been posted by Voitto

In order for us to be able to offer financial statements for a financial year, Voitto must have managed the current accounting for at least one month of the financial year. This also includes time that we book to catch up.

We therefore cannot make financial statements for financial years in which Voitto has not performed any accounting.

No missing documents

All events that take place in the company during the year must be recorded, which we do continuously during the year. If you know that there is missing material that you have not uploaded, get hold of this as soon as possible. If materials are missing, you should have received information for this and that they can be seen under missing documents for expenses and income.

All tasks for the year done

All tasks that you have been given and that are related to the year must be done.

After the financial year has ended, you will receive a number of questions related to the financial statements that need to be done. This is information that we must have in order to do the final accounting before the year closes. You will find these under financial statements, but you will also receive tasks for these under To do.

Any questions from previous accounting are investigated

If you have moved to Voitto during the year, there may be questions about the previous accounting that need to be sorted out. In that case, we should have contacted you about this.
