Sales through integrations

Voitto has a number of integrations with other systems to facilitate the automatic retrieval of accounting data. When using these, however, it is important that you go through the setup together with Voitto. This is because how you use the system and how it is set up determines what you can get out and what we need to get in the form of supplementary documents and reports.

Voitto offers the following integrations:

Shopify

With our Shopify integration, we can get a report that shows all your sales through Shopify. We also need to receive information about all payment methods that you offer in Shopify.

If you use Shopify Payments as a payment method, we will be able to receive information about all payments made from Shopify through Shopify Payments through the integration.

If you use payment methods other than Shopify Payments, we will need to receive separate reports for payments through those payment methods.

Klarna

Klarna is basically a payment solution and through our integration we can receive all payments that take place from Klarna. However, Klarna also offers a solution for sales, where they create the basis for sales and handle VAT, etc. However, we must receive this information in the form of a separate report.

Stripe

Stripe is basically a payment solution and through our integration we can receive all payments that take place from Stripe. However, Klarna also offers a solution for sales, where they create invoices for sales and manage VAT, etc. Our integration can retrieve information about sales through Stripe, but this requires you to use Stripe Invoicing and create invoices there for all sales.

Voitto also supports payments through Stripe for invoices created in Dooer Invoicing.

Paypal

Since Paypal is primarily like a bank, we have an integration similar to our other bank integrations. The integration itself does not handle the accounting of sales in any way, but it allows us to retrieve all transactions that took place on your Paypal account in the same way as other banks.
