Can I Save Unused Time or Vouchers for Future Months?

At Voitto Bokföringsbyrå, each customer is assigned a dedicated senior economist who handles their bookkeeping on an ongoing basis. In addition to regular bookkeeping, we allocate time for advice, monthly summaries, reviews, and other tasks to ensure comprehensive management of your bookkeeping needs. This commitment results in fixed costs for us at Voitto for each customer each month.

Policy on Unused Time and Vouchers

If you, as a customer, do not use the allotted time or the number of vouchers included in your subscription, these cannot be saved or carried over to the next or future months. The vouchers and time included in your subscription are specific to the current month and are reset at the beginning of each new month that the subscription is active.

Adjustments Based on Usage

If the average number of vouchers you use increases or decreases significantly, such that it affects your subscription tier, your subscription will be adjusted accordingly.
