Termination of Subscription

Overview

We want it to be just as easy to end your subscription as it is to be a Voitto customer. You can cancel your subscription whenever you want - completely without obligations or notice periods.

How to End Your Subscription

1. Inform us of your intent to cancel - You can do this most easily under “Subscriptions”. Select “End” for the service(s) you want to cancel.
2. Confirm the last accounting date - The service cannot be canceled retroactively. The first possible day of termination is the last date of the current month. Voitto will send you a message with information about the termination.
3. Voitto confirms the termination and handles the completion of the accounting assignment - Once you have notified us of the desired last accounting date, we will book up to and including that date. In the confirmation, you will find information about important dates you need to keep an eye on, such as which period is the last Voitto declares to the Swedish Tax Agency.
4. Voitto notifies you when the material is ready for export - When we have completed the accounting, we thank you for the time you chose to spend with us and notify you when you can export the accounting material.

In the case where Voitto prepares annual accounts

In cases where Voitto prepares the financial statements, this can be delivered later than the export of accounting material in cases where the financial statements take longer to complete

Invoicing upon termination of subscription

As we partially handle submitted documents and close the period and declare the VAT for the period after the termination date, this means that the last invoice for the monthly subscription will be issued the month after the subscription ends. If there are extra services handled by Voitto where the pricing is on a running bill according to time spent instead of a fixed price, this will be invoiced the month after the work is done.

Examples

• Example 1: The subscription is terminated in May with a last accounting date of 2021-05-31. You will receive your last invoice for the monthly subscription at the beginning of June, covering service termination, offboarding, and document export.
• Example 2: The subscription is canceled in May with a final accounting date of 2021-05-31, but the company previously had transactions booked under OBS and thus also handling “Late documents at SEK 15/min”. Both the accounting for May and the late documents are tasks carried out during June. The last invoice for the monthly subscription comes at the beginning of June, but the last invoice for time spent on “Late documents” comes at the beginning of July.

Unique Exceptions to Invoicing

Unique exceptions to invoicing may occur and, in such cases, are agreed between you and Voitto.

Note that you cannot cancel your subscription retroactively.

Termination Details

• Monthly VAT: Upon termination, Voitto will deliver the VAT return for the last calendar month Voitto completed accounting for.
• Quarterly VAT: Upon termination of the subscription, Voitto will deliver the VAT return for the last quarter Voitto completed accounting for. If you choose a last accounting date that is in the middle of a calendar quarter, Voitto will not prepare the VAT return for the current period.
• Annual VAT: In the event of cancellation, Voitto will deliver the VAT return for the last year Voitto completed accounting for.

If the Company is a Registered Employer

Upon the cancellation of the subscription, Voitto will deliver the employer’s declaration for the last month we prepare accounting for.

Access and Functions of the Account

• Voitto Accounting: If you choose to cancel the subscription, you have access to the functions of Voitto Accounting for 30 calendar days after the last accounting date, this so that you can upload all documents for the last period Voitto books.
• Free software: After the termination, you can log in and access your documents for 30 days. This may change, so we recommend you download the final export when it is available. If you wish to continue managing your accounting yourself in Dooer’s software, you need to create a new account with Dooer and transfer the accounting to the new account.

Export of Accounting, Reports, and Verifications

Voitto has 45 days after your last accounting date to complete and reconcile everything up to that date, provided that all documents are submitted by you.

Claims from Voitto towards You as a Customer in the Event of Termination

If you choose to cancel the subscription, it is important to us at Voitto that you know what the conditions are for the accounting task to be completed correctly. The requirements are no different from previous use of our service, but we want to be as clear as possible.

Even during the notice period, we at Voitto fulfill our tasks in the same way as before. In cases where the general terms and conditions have been breached, Voitto has not been given access to material, information or other information regarding the accounting for the company according to assigned information in the software or instructions from Voitto, Voitto reserves the right to terminate the assignment with immediate effect. In that case, Voitto exports the accounting material from the account as it is at the moment. In this case, Voitto is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete accounting.

Voitto will primarily always work to counter the risk of the above by reminding you who use Voitto and proactively preventing lingering customer data in the software. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide Voitto with requested material in time for Voitto to have the opportunity to complete the assignment correctly.
